Meet our Co-founder & CFO

I am the owner of Property & Financial Solutions Ltd. And currently serve as the Executive Director of the company. For over 10 years, I have been a noteworthy leader in the Accounting and Finance profession. Having previously worked at the auditing firm of Castillo, Sanchez, and Burrell, LLP, I gained a wealth of experience in financial reporting and auditing procedures. I also held several key positions with other companies such as the Bowen & Bowen group of companies, and Quantum Accounting Services Ltd. I am a graduate of the University of Belize, where I majored in accounting. I am very passionate about my work ethic and place great emphasis on providing quality financial reporting to all my clients. I currently manage a portfolio of 11 companies that require accounting services from P&F Solutions Ltd. When I’m not working, I am an avid reader and loves spending time with my two lovely daughters and family.

With a background in Tourism Management and a keen eye for detail, Faye Chi has quickly established herself as a vital part of Belusa Consulting Ltd. Her passion for Land Services and dedication to client success have driven her to excel in the field. Currently pursuing a Paralegal Degree, she is continuously enhancing her expertise to ensure seamless real estate transactions.

Based at our San Pedro Branch, Faye is readily available to assist clients with all aspects of their closing process. Through specialized training and hands-on experience, Faye has rapidly advanced within the company, now handling closings with professionalism and efficiency. Her commitment to excellence makes her an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that every transaction is handled with precision and care.
